Writing
I am the author of 26 Kisses (Simon Pulse, 2016), despite not actually having kissed that many people myself. (That's the power of fiction!)
I have, however, lived a pretty interesting love story, and you can read about it here in the New York Times.
If you're not into love, I have also written for various publications about farming, drinking, being afraid of things that don't exist, eco-fashion in Norway, and one of the book industry's greatest legends.

Living
I live in the Chicago suburbs with my husband and two kids, Alice and Will, in an old house with too many books in it. When I’m not working or reading, I’m probably listening to podcasts, working out, gardening, playing bass guitar, or planning my next camping trip.
